Aftermath
Put simply, Bliar's in denial, Clarke is (somewhat unfairly) taking the blame and that vile twat Murdoch (who gladly provides hand jobs to the Chinese Communist Party in exchange for favours) will exploit victims of terrorism to prop up his allies/clients. They've all had a nasty lesson in manners. Oh how fine it is when sheep grow horns and become rams!

Oh No He Won't...
I stand pleasantly corrected. It just goes to show if you're always pessimistic, you're never disappointed. My only regret was that the cameras in the Commons didn't zero in on the little ponce's face as he and his dreadful policy of internment (last seen failing miserably in Northern Ireland) were thoroughly owned.
But at least I was right about those select number of Labour MPs who really do stand for more than tounging Blair's arse. The Lucky 49, take your bow!
Still, Blair provided plenty of reasons to hate him today. Constantly referring to how all these senior coppers just so happen to agree with him (ignoring the fact that he effectively could sack them if they stepped out of line) just showed how much of a sore loser and how crap a debater Blair is now. His attempts to guilt trip Parliament failed miserably - MPs can now see through his dirty rhetorical tricks. The Security Elephant also distinguished himself - by being an arrogant arsehole.
(Though, to his credit, the Home Secretary did try to compromise, at least until his master ordered him not to.)
Michael Howard, meanwhile, for the first time in his life, actually argued in a sane, reasonable way. Quite a reverse from ten years ago, when Howard was the face of the loony right and Blair still, sort of, believed in civil liberties.
Will he cling on? For a while - he's too addicted to power, vain, convinced of his divine mandate and arrogant to let go easily. Still, as history shows, demented demogogues always get the boot, usually before the end of their third term. Anyone so stupid as to turn a controversial bill like this into a de facto vote of confidence is a bloody fool anyway.
Anyway, altogether now... HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa! etc.

Blair The Grubby Little S**t Will Get Off Again.
I don't have high hopes for tomorrow's vote on the Terrorism Bill. As ever, Bliar will bribe and bully the supine sheep of the Parliamentary Labour party into swallowing his non-compromise. ("Yes! Support my oppressive bill and we might talk about it again in a year's time!" Whoever swallows that, and the self-serving prattle of the police and pig ignorant vox populi care of the Dirty Digger is a damn fool. Look's like Tony's safe, then.)
That sedentary old slug, the Chancellor, has already fallen for it yet again by coming out to support Blair - just in case he weakens his claim to the throne, you see. Never let principles get in the way of that.
In fact, Brown IS the true face of Labour: like most of his party, he lacks the stomach for a fight and is willing to sell his arse and his principles for momentary gain. Too afraid to really stand for anything, he's a sitting duck for a devious, delusional little t**t like Blair.
I was hoping the party would kick the bill out tomorrow and knock Blair's chair from under him. But I guess they left their bottle at the doors of Parliament some time ago. There's something wrong with people who put up with someone they hate so much, like battered wives whose spirits have been broken. Given a choice between a whore and most (but not all) Labour MPs, I'd always choose the whore, not least least because at least they only sell their bodies, not their hearts and souls.
